yes , it is based on calculations that were correct for the previous rounds. i think calculations gets updated every round

again you are confused there was 1161 above 440 based on CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp the 32 new applicantions daily are for the 431-440 category only There is 172 new applications daily for 431 and above. please re-read my post and read the number carefully
