    Can I add the ECA credentials for secondary applicant later in the Express entry process?

    Hello All! I will be applying as the primary applicant for Express entry and I have got my IELTS score and ECA evaluation done. My husband's ECA is still under progress. Can I start the Express entry profile and add his ECA credentials later in the process? Thanks in advance!
