Hi, isn't your eTA still valid if your WP is valid? I landed as PR at Toronto Pearson Airport last year on my way back to Canada after having a vacation in Korea. I'd say that you are able to enter Canada with your valid WP and land at an airport to validate your PR. It wouldn't be a problem.

Hi, Don't worry about its education qualifications. It just says that you are recommended to have that level of education to work in the position, not a mandatory. You only need to prove that the duties and hours of more than a year experience on a reference letter.

I sent a request for an appointment on the same day, July 22. I am awaiting for hearing back from them as well. I even asked them it would be good to have an interview at Scarborough office. My friend who got the interview at Etobicoke office last May says that he was waiting for 3 weeks though

Yes, South Korea is one of the visa exempt coutries. The copy of passport arrived at Ottawa office on July 05. My application got approved on July 18. The return tracker activated next day. I found the package of Copr in my mailbox on Monday, July 22.
