Yes letter says they will contact you but I contacted them and was able to finish process faster as you dont know when they will contact you but u can always wait for there phone call or email too. Your choice

My mother is in canada too and she had the same request. I contacted Tb clinicandgot her survillence done. It is very simple process and than you recieve a letter from health department that you have completed survillence and no further appointment required. They also inform cic too

Your fees was not refunded? Asking biometric at this stage? Is your parents in Canada or India?

Use BLs services here if you are not in city where we have consulate office. it took me 10days to get pcc for india while they were here in canada.

Had my parents done from medicenter on heritage way. Doc name is Bina kaldasani. She even told me the results and told me when it was submitted

I have received the same email for my parents PR application. My parents are here in canada. Should we contact TB clinic and get it done or we have to PT/PHA to contact us? What did u guys do?

Yes there was a xray requested by panel physician for mother but it was clear so doc submitted medical to cic
