Hello, I just received the portal credentials, tried logging in but getting this error message: "Incorrect email and password combination" I have tried resetting the password but haven't received the verification email yet. anyone faced similar issue and knows how to resolve this?

You can call and ask them if they have received the money. They don't send any acknowledgment emails. You will just receive the gic document.

My bank did not ask me for any documents... except for admission letter. They usually don't ask for such details when you have a FCY account. You can explain to them that this is not tuition fee but living expenses and they have to treat it like a normal remittance.
