I uploaded photo and address on 29th June and still waiting for eCoPR. How did you know your visa office is Virtual Landing Unit?

A friend of me got eCoPR already and his GC key accout shows nothing. No update. Application is submitted and In progress.

same here. I received 3 times in total the first email, although I got credentials as well and already uploaded photo, address within an hour

What could be the reasons of delay for eCoPR? If application is approved, it is approved! then why this is taking time!! My friend who applied 3 months later for PR has already received PR card and i am waiting for the first eCoPR! Frustrated
