Hello everyone, I have a question I got portal 1 email on 10 July I replied on same day and then I just sent again my information on 14 July . Should I wait for portal 2 or should I send a email again with my information?

Hii can anyone please help me I am calling ircc from last 3 days to ask about so I have to send email again to p1 now they said to me you are calling daily . Is there any bad effect on my file because of calling issue ? I am very stressed out now .
