I'm not a lawyer, but I would not advise self representation in a mandamus case. It can get very complicated very quickly, and if it makes it to court you'd really want a lawyer on your side. You can start the process on your own and hope your application gets picked up by IRCC again, but if it...- ArrMatey

Stuck for 21 months now. @Rasha I am also coming from a country that has full security information sharing with the Canadian government. There is no reason for this delay other than bureaucracy.- ArrMatey
