I'm not a lawyer, but I would not advise self representation in a mandamus case. It can get very complicated very quickly, and if it makes it to court you'd really want a lawyer on your side. Yeah I have recently talked to a lawyer too and according to them: It now takes about 4-6 months for a hearing to be given a date (scheduled), and then another 6-8 months for that hearing to actually take place. Your best bet is that the Mandamus will trigger action without ever getting to that...- ArrMatey

Not 100% sure, but I believe TFR just stands for "Transferred for Review". Just ofloading cases, nothing of major significance other than knowing that they haven't forgotten about your file.- ArrMatey
