Can I ask r u on Feb 6 that you can see COPR number but no document to download? And on Feb. 8 you can see a e-copr in your application portal?

My application has been approved today, no email notification, no agent call just found by login to portal . I can see COPR number but no file can download. Anybody know what's going on? Why don't they say that 6 month is count from the date when they approve csq. That will be more safe for them.

I don't think so. They still giving csq in PEQ program in 2020 without asking vaule test.
