hii i have completed my medical on 24 october 2018 from max hospital mohali . i gave my biometric on 25/01/2019 and when i linked my account online the status is showing that medical is not uploaded .. now what to do???

hey i have applied for student visa on 25/01/2019 and still no updates . yesterday my agent told me that your medical is not uploaded but then i contacted the hospital from where i did my medical but they told me that they have already send the report to embassy . now what to do??
