Citizenship application processing time is 12 months. My application was received on January 31 , 2018 and In Process on April 24, 2018. They responded the very next day by sending test invitation email. There is no harm in contacting them, worst case scenario is they may not reply.

Hopefully it will work and you will get interview date as well :) For me , it was unexpectedly super quick after sending webform. sometimes your application needs a kick in the form of webform to proceed. ;) Good Luck !
