Hi - I know this post was from a while back but I'm currently in the same situation as the original poster. Did you receive your permit by mail within 2-3 weeks?

Hopefully this will be my last post ever. My study extension is approved, got my eta. Do I just now fly to Canada and get my study permit at the airport?? I don't want to end up in Canada only to find out I'm missing something.

I don't even know how to phrase this question... But hear me out please. I got my study extension approved and I'm still waiting for documents to be mailed to my address (it's been over a week). I need to enter Canada and urgently take care of housing matters.. I got my eta approved so can I...

So.. I got my letter saying that my study extension was approved on July 24th. They said they were going to send the documents via mail.. How long does it exactly take for the mail to arrive? And after I get it, are there any more steps or can I just fly back to Canada with the visa??

So I just had my study extension approved and they said in the letter that they're going to send me the documents in the mail.. However, I put the address in Canada and I'm currently outside of Canada. Would it be possible to change the address now or should I just get my friend to mail it to...

I just got mine approved online! Submitted May 19th Approved July 25th good luck to everyone :)

I know people who applied in the first week of May have gotten responses. I applied on May 19th so hopefully it'll come in a week or so :) hope this helps.

I applied online for my extension on May 19th... hopefully I'll get mine soon!

Also, does anyone know if you apply for an extension outside of Canada, the processing time is faster as opposed to IN Canada? Just curious.
