IELTS 27th July 2019 GT (USA)

I wrote .. 5. South (instead of North; I think she said they are moving from North to South; not sure I may be wrong) 12. Just wrote Picnic (if I remember correctly it was just one word) 15. I guess it was Main/Central Hall (Hall was part of the question, I believe) 33. I don't even remember...

IELTS - Writing - For Band 7 or Above.

Hi @cansha - I am going to take my IELTS exam soon. I have seen that you are trying to help people out in finding out their mistakes, especially in Writing module. I would also like to request you to have a look at my below task 2. I would be grateful, if you could help me out: Task 2...

Received EOR result: Unfortunately writing score is unchanged. Will take it again though. Total EOR Processing Time in US: 14 days

I have the same score, I have applied for EOR. In my previous attempt, I scored 8.5 in writing (I knew that I messed up in reading and scored 6.5); therefore I could not believe that I scored 6.5 in this attempt, when I have 8.5 in both listening and reading and 7.5 in speaking. Though, I was...

I would suggest you to go for it. You have very good scores in other modules. I would highly doubt that you prepared well in all three modules except Writing module.

I think in the US it is BC, though they never say that they are BC or IDP. The reason behind this is that they sent my EOR to London UK (which has British Council).

Hey Congrats! Wanted to see where did you take the exam? Was it BC or IDP?

If you are confident that it was a 7; then I would go for EOR for sure.

I have seen many people going from 6.5 to 7. But, I have hardly seen someone went from 7 to 7.5. And I think this is logically correct as the more you achieve in your exam the less chance that you get better score after re-mark. For example: someone with 6 in Original TRF, may have better chance...

Have they already charged you the EOR fees? In my case, test center (in PA) mentioned that they will charge the fees in case if the score does not get changed. Basically, they will take action after the result.

Correct, in my case too they sent it to UK (at least that's what they said). So, I would say it is IELTS BC in the USA. On the TRF, you can find both IDP and British Council.
