i guess the ADR request increased the time by almost three months.... I was asked to give a notarized copy of my marriage certificate.. Rest, All depends on the VO......

Relax guys..... Our files are being processed by NDVO and NOT the visa office in Canada (Except for the SA, which takes 2 - 3 months) So even if the news is true, its only the visa office in Canada which would get busy, NOT NDVO.... :) :D ;D

They would not give u any doc after a remedical.... It will be directly sent by the doc to the embassy... If my knowledge is correct, there is no interview after a remedical :) ;)

yeah, same for me.... Chest X Ray and Lab tests

I guess its a full remedical because my medical has expired completely (over 15months) and dats why they give 30days to submit.

Guys got remedical request...got 30 days to complete and send the results... the lazy ass VO finally seemed to have moved a bit. :P :P

U can send the Sponsor's new passport copy....Although the principal applicant is most imp, as the visa gets stamped there.... Write an email to delhi immigration or upload the signed letter and passport copy thru Case Specific enquiry

Kake, You dont need a ppc and medical when applying for a TRV. If you have a job in India wherein you are working at present, thats a sure shot case for approval. Give a detailed and honest Cover letter for your reason for asking for a TRV. Show enough funds in your account. All the best
