Yeah same here! I applied on 9th Nov, from vfs Riyadh. It takes 3 weeks for processing but now it's 4 weeks and no response yet. Try filling the case-specific enquiry form, that's what I'm doing.

My application was refused due to the fact that I did not provide transcripts. There was no slot given to upload it online! Now I am re-applying on paper. You have to provide all education docs i.e grade 10/Igcse & 12/A-level transcripts and language test report.
