Happened to us too. We called the call centre and could talk to no none. So when they sent us another letter, dated March 18 that docs are supposed to reach by feb 18we emailed them, they said to include the email with the date so they know we didn’t receive it on time

maybe you should send the reception pictures too.... although it is not the number of pictures that matter.. we sent around 35-40 pictures only (for the entire ceremonies and the honeymoon) but we made sure that we included all the rituals in the pics... so just send them pics where they can be...

yes straight forward case, first marriage for both of us... travel history is just Thailand for a week but I had a visitors visa to Canada ( and I stayed in Canada for 5 months) which is valid till Nov end 2012, maybe that helped in speeding the case....
