We just submitted again her Letter of Explanation previously attached to her original application thru the webform. We did not pay another fee anymore. We just found the link of the webform from their official website. Hope this helps.

In the case of my daughter, she received refusal of her PGWP on May 3, 2023, raised a webform for reconsideration three weeks after. By the grace of God, she received her 3-yr PGWP last week of July 2023. She waited for 2 months for the decision.

Thank you for your reply. In that case, since June 26 is more than 30 days after the date of refusal, may I know what action she should do to remain here in Canada as a tourist, taking into consideration that she has an existing Tourist Visa.

Thank you for your reply. In the letter of refusal, she was given 90 days to restore her status, which means until Aug 1 which is 90 days after May 3 ( the date of refusal). But she plans to leave Canada on June 26, a few days after her graduation ceremonies. Does she still need to do restoration?

She studied and lived in Ontario since January 2020. At the moment, she stopped working pending submission of her documents for PGWP application.
