I have applied for SOWP extension and I have this same result from 2nd February. Still waiting for the decision. I tried to call them as well but they said that it is still in process. Let me know if you get any update.

That’s exactly happened with us. We applied with one paystub and then updated with more paystubs. But I am still waiting for the decision. So I am not sure will it work this way or not.

On IRCC website, they have mentioned about that. So you can confirm from that.

My husband got his copy within 1 month at new address And also, if you are calling IRCC I would suggest you to try at least 5-6 times, I got the answer with the 6th time of calling. Try to call either in morning around 8 or in afternoon around 2. That worked for me, I hope it work for you as well.
