can we apply digital pnp with an existing paper based application

hi everyone, what if an pnp paper based application got refused or returned for some reasons. do I have to start everything over again? or are they will give a time of 90 days to resubmit everything? would i be able to get AOR to extend the work permit ?

I left it in the package for a couple days. Then I forgot to take it out when I sent it. :(

If i come back to school i have to wait for at least 6 months in the waiting list. I asked cic, and they said 2 programs have to be continuously within 2 years. So its not an option for me.
