I see. You have a point, and the official text doesn’t explicitly prohibit these applications. It does prohibit multiple “profiles”, explicitly, but I think that’s related to having two or more “profiles” in the system for ITA. I’ll do my own research on this, and call IRCC/Lawyer tomorrow too...

I'm trying to apply for CEC in parallel to my current FSW-Inland application. I have questions: - Can I have multiple EE applications running in parallel (FSW and CEC)? - What should I answer in the question: "Has <client> applied for Express Entry before? (required)"

Just called them.. they have no straight answer, inly generic “its taking longer than what it says on website”.
