Hi, I collected my passports today from London VFS office. I sent emails to IRCC London with URGENT keyword in the subject line recalling the passport. To my surprise, I got the TRV stamp on my passport. Mine was work permit application. Good luck to you!

Any updates? I tried to get in touch with Canadian embassy in London through Twitter but no luck. It seems very unlikely that I'll get my passport back by Friday.

Nothing. I tried contacting the embassy in London but no luck. I'll keep trying. How about you?

Was this is vistor, work or study visa ?

I submitted mine 2 weeks before. I am going to email the embassy and see if I can get my passport back. Will submit in India for stamping

Thank you for your response. I applied from a work permit and it is GTS. My employer was able to get a positive LMIA. Any idea if GSS WP are processed faster than the normal ones?
