Hello Pankaj, You may re-apply for your mother in law and sister in law. Make sure to attach more documents from the Sponsor i.e. Their property docs, bank statements, Any investments etc. Sometimes strong documents from the sponsors help. Specially in your case as they have given that reason...

You should change your travel plans. Its highly likely to take more than a week to get your passport back.

I do not have a copy of my application. Though I am entering all the right information. The only thing that could vary is the date of travels. But I have tried entering many times.

Hello Singh, Current turn around time is 7 weeks from the date you applied. So if you applied third week of August, you should be hearing from them by October 15. This is based on recent visa stamping timeline.
