Hi, i just read the news now, COPR holders can enter canada but i am from India and there is also news of Flight ban extended by a month. So i am wondering if COPR holders are exempt. Can i travel from India now? I would really appreciate if someone can clarify this please?

Outland applicants here, my COPR is expiring soon. Even if you get ppr, you can't travel now and then it won't be of any use.
