That was a generic message, mine says the same thing. You should receive your passport back with the visa stamp/sticker and be ready to land soon. Congrats!

Decision Made on eCas!! Husband's passport was shipped back today, so we should get it tomorrow. We sent a prepaid envelope for next day delivery (cost me $70 for shipment back and forth!). We'll be driving to the border on Friday to land!! <3

Does eCas change from 'In Process' to 'Passport Request'? I need some proof to take with me to the border when I bring my husband in on Monday. We want to send off the passport from here, so I hope we don't have any problems coming in.

Thanks for the advice, guys! My husband is going to bring a prepaid envelope from the States with him so we can include the return envelope. We're going to go with Fed Ex, we think. I believe I heard someone mention they used Fed Ex for Detroit before.

My husband is coming to Canada next week and we are going to be mailing his passport to the Detroit visa office from here. Does anyone have experience in mailing it? What did you use/do? Thanks!
