i landed on July 05 - My application got approved yesterday! Also they mailed my card day before yesterday.

At the time of landing you have to provide Canadian address for PR card delivery. You can leave Canada next day as well. To return back you either need PRTD (Permanent Resident Travel Document - you can apply from UAE- processing time 2-4 weeks) or PR card. Average processing time 61...
