@Rajesh.rayla Hello, congratulations with your endorsement! Please read your letter carefully, all the info and contact addresses should be there. In my case, I had a chance either apply for a Work Permit first(ina local embassy in my home city) or send the application for a PR to Nova Scotia...

The answer is yes. In my case medicals were required for TWP. Also somehow CIC re-used my medical results for PR application. If you have no response it means that everything is fine. Usually, if something is wrong they would contact you within 2-3 days and ask to remake medicals.

@Orlando88 I understand your worry, but your timeline still looks normal. There is no way you can increase the speed of this process. Right now the best option for you is to just be in touch with your employer and ask him if there is any response from CIC him every week or two. @Lion_of_Judah...

Good news here, got my PR. Sharing timelines: - mid July 2017, got a job offer; - late July 2017, sent an endorsement application to New Brunswick authorities; - mid September 2017, received endorsement conformation; - late September 2017, applied for work permit in Canadian embassy (Kyiv...

Well, I personally see no problems with it. Just keep in mind that you will need TWO copies of each documents: two copies of translations, two copies of police certificates and so on. In theory you will have your WP sooner than PR but still PR as fast as possible. The only thing I am sure about...

PR, missed additional document request for 3 month.

But basically is my lawyer's fault that I was not notified about documents request. So is enough reason for a complaint letter to that lawyer, at least for a refund?

PR, missed additional document request for 3 month.

Hello, Today I have encountered very unpleasant situation. I have applied for PR back at February 2018 by paper to Sydney office. I used the services of local immigration lawyer (paid) to review my docs before sending it. Initially lawyer has become my representative until I received the AOR at...

Hello, This is true that most employers just can not hire you if you don't have a PR. The reason for this is that employer have to follow very complicated procedure to hire an international worker: it includes long LMIA and Work Permit process. Your best shot is look for provincial hiring...

In my case it was my employer, who sent the endorsement letter. He asked me for my IELTS, World Education Services education credentials and that is it. Employer itself should be acknowledged by province to participate in AIPP. I am not 100% sure, but I think that is it. In my case endorsement...

Are you an employer or a candidate? For me personally settlement services made no sense at all. They give you very general information about how to behave in Canadian society and in society in general. You can google some Canadian settlement services organizations for more details. The only...

    Processing Time Timeline

I applied for similar program last year. I dont remember the exact dates, but I have submitted documents in early August 2017, got medical request in September and got my Work Permit visa on October 15. So for me it was more then two month.

Answering to questions above: Unfortunately, no. Any employer in Canada should make a couple of preparation steps before hiring an international worker. It involves some paperwork, and without IELTS and your diploma verification by World Education Services (WES) it is simply impossible to apply...
