Finally got some update on my application a couple days ago, they are doing my background check. 4 months after medical passed and almost 5 since AOR. Never received any GU, saw my application had change when I looked at it.

Hi everyone, I need help. I have a working holiday visa and my work permit expires on October 7th. My PR application is still in process. I need to apply for another work permit but I don't know if I should try a close or an open one. I get mixed answers from the IRCC website.

Called IRCC again today, still no updates VO Sydney, NS

Am I the only one who did not receive any ghost update on my application?

Right at 8am, this time they did not hang up on my and I talked to an agent after like 30 minutes on hold

Finally got a hold of an agent on the phone. He was not able to provide me with any more info expect that I should apply for a close permit in case my PR is not accepted before my current one expires...

I will resume trying then, it's not hopeless to do so

I don't see which office takes care of my application when I look at it I called the phone number so many times and I never had an agent pick up the phone and the automated system doesn't give me more info than what I see online It's getting very frustrating

What does VO RROC means? I'm still waiting for the eligibity. I don't know what is taking so long because I know I meet the requirements Is there a difference in processing times between provinces? I'm in BC

Hi all, ITA: February 13th File submited: April 25th Medical: May 13th Biometrics: 2019 AOR: April 25th Inland, no dependants Does anyone have received anything after the AOR? My visa expires on October 7th and I'm scared I won't have the PR before it does.
