    No. U will be on time as U will get 10 days extra from ur college. But apply GCMS now to save a day. Without GCMS u will never know wat went wrong.

    apply for gcms report, u will get in 31 days. Hire a consultant to write ur SOP professionally in line with ur records and future plan. Apply right after u get gcms report.
