    I am sorry. I know it is hard. It is just a suggestion l. Can their case be moved to Canada or may be you can request for extension of the passports . I think the consulate might agree. You can call IRCc if the agent can submit the webform?

    Congrats! Please go through the process of submitting the application . Biometrics is at a very later stage.IRCC will guide you through it and advise you if they need it.
