Hiii guys, I got portal email on January 14 , now I had been waiting for my ecopr. But , today I got again portal 1 email. Is this is normal or same happened with someone else? I already reply today I am really worried about it. I would be very thankful for any suggestion

I sent the different mailing address , may be that’s the reason for my ecopr.
