The same boat. I landed March 15th, I got PR card but my partner hasn't got GU yet. I called to the IRCC but an agent said that he didn't know why it was delayed.

We landed in Toronto on March 15. The secondary applicant got approval on July 21 and got PR card on July 25, but the main applicant hasn't even got GU. I tried to call to IRCC but nobody answers.

PRTD looks like a visa. If you apply online which way a visa sticker will be put in your passport? You won't be allowed to board a plane without this sticker. You'll have to wait a VAC opening.

It's nonsense. Only 2 persons got approval two weeks ago. No update since then. Even swimming pools are working now but PR card processing is frozen.

Are you in London now? Did you purchase two separate tickets?

If you are from Russia you are able to get to Minsk by bus and take a flight Minsk-Amsterdam-Toronto. Landside transit is forbidden in UK right now.

I checked dates by air tickets, hotel or car rental bookings.

I checked stamps in my passports and air tickets. I could find all air tickets in my email.

I created an Excel spreadsheet where I mentioned all countries which I'd visited including transit. Totally there were about 150 lines in this spreadsheet. I attached this file to my application.

Both options are not applicable for me. I don't have US visa and US embassies are closed. I can't apply for a PRTD as well because Canadian embassies are closed.

Guys, how can I inform Immigration that my address has changed? I tried to do it at https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=coa but the system can't find my application. In addition, can I provide a PO box to get a PR card?
