Hi. I applied PR last September and I've done medical test and ircc requested me rcmp and police certificate (lapsed include) from home. But i just know it i have 2 summary offence and charge 2 fines . That's 10 years ago. i concern it when i i appli pr i think i said no conviction any other...

All lawyers said... Ircc will refuse my application I don't know i like your comments and u said is right. When i heard from lawyer they right so complicated. If u summit police certificate with an explanation letter i think they reject and refuse my application and order to out of Canada...

when i see my police certificate... they shown two charge on the lists which one i written one. and disposition section : fine $000 thats it i met lawyer today. they wanted to do rehabilitation or pardon with all documents what do you think? do you think i can apply rehabilitation for now...

So u summited medical exam 12 but u didn't write down medical has been passed. I summited medical exam on may.31st but still nothing heard from ircc yet. What about you??
