Hey thank you for your reply. Turns out it’s my consultant’s fault, they didn’t even know I need to submit a licence history search for Australia....

Hey Thanks very much for your help! I think this actually is the reason. I did not include my driving record, since I never held a licence there...and I happened to lived in Victoria.....and I didn't even know about this.... So I guess I have to re enter to pool again and hope for another...

hi guys, I got my AOR at Sep 23. Today my consultant told me we got rejected! There is only one reason in the rejection letter that is we did not provide the police certificate from Australia, where I have spent 1year and a half. But the thing is we did submitted it. It is in the same PDF...

Thanks dude. I appreciate your help. But I think I am qualified for the BOWP. It’s just my wife. She doesn’t want to continue school and if she can apply for the open work permit she would prefer that.

Hey thanks for your reply. And yes my work permit is based on my wife’s study permit. But she is not going to graduate before the expire date. She still needs 2more semesters. So I am afraid she can’t get the PGWP.
