Yes you can use UCI number only of spouse and submit asap. If the mistake is small they will entertain your revised form. Otherwise worst come worst they will return and ask you to fix the mistake and resubmit application

Did you tried to email LVO, if not then do it

Yes it will work. I was suggested by an IRCC consultant to email them directly. As LVO have lot of work load and your application might be complete but due to over workload they dont take action unless u inquire them directly.

Its doesn't say on ecas. I emailed LVO for status updated and in 10 days of my email i got reply from vienna that my application is transfered there for processing. Latest is. We got passport stamped as well.
