Thanks Service Canada said they cannot do anything becacuse its NOT FRAUD. As the person is using their own number,not someone else number. I did fill out the Leads form for CRA(Canada Revenue Agency) about the person & the company.

Im confused I thought that CBSA issued a voluntary letter to leave the country within 30 day Then if person doesnt comply then they issue a removal order What actions would cause CBSA to proceed with a interview and removal order in force? thanks in advance

There maybe schools that do not report missing students, and employers that dont check SIN, beginning with 9 If schools are not reporting internationally students who are no shows, and employers dont check SIN numbers starting with 9, Would Immigration even be able to catch up with these people?

after they receive the application will they notify the applicant to leave canada, and wait for a decision in their home country or they will tell applicant @ stage 1? I read that stage 1 can take many months

Did you get arrested after you applied for H&C?
