    She just got her boarding passes and will board the plane soon. The plane is said to be with very few people. She didn’t have any troubles going on-board. They did ask her if her spouse was in Canada and a Canadian.

    Are your parents or spouse a Canadian national? If so then you should be fine. All immediate families are ok at this point.

    That’s a temporary visa? Does your spouse have landing papers for Canada? If not then she might not be able to as it’s just a travel visa for a visit and not to live. Again I could be wrong. I’ll have more information in the next 6 hours or so when my wife boards

    The spouse name will be present on the ID when you present it at the airport. You can show your COPR which states if you are married and to whome you are married.

    In Pakistan, on the ID card it says husband name. On the COPR it will say status is married and it shows the husband name.. how is the airline going against their instructions? Can you explain more in depth please

    Exactly. Immediate family! It’s different if someone is migrating for the first time with COPR and doesn’t have immediate family in Canada with a cad citizenship or a PR. In that case it would be a no but since me in my case and your spouse in your case are the immediate a family in Canada...
