But I saw few posts where people have more than 500 points and still waiting for invitation. Then why did they not get ITA?

That's a bad news...Now it would not be easy to find job on PGWP coz the new change would require the employers to apply for LMIA for the foreign workers before hiring. But as we all know that none of the companies want to do the LMIA coz of penalities imposed if the employer is non-compliant...

Hi, I applied under CEC on Oct 27, 2014 and my file was delivered to CIC on Nov 3, 2014. But till today (i.e. Jan 21, 2015), I didn't get the AOR for my file. What should I do? Will my file be processed under old rules? Should I apply under Express Entry?
