I did the same and they confirmed on Nov 12 that the medicals were updated to the application. However a month later still no update. How do I get more details on the processing of their files? -

Super-visa application submitted for parents: June 15, 2025 Biometrics request: June 16, 2025 Biometrics completed: July 7, 2025 Background check: Processing Country: India No Update since then. Is there any way I can check for an update and when do I need to submit medicals?
