What i wil suggest is that you can even try to search representative with ICCRC registered members .which is safer .Cus if any thing goes wrong you will be in a legal position to solve the matter. Best of luck. :)

Yes ,you need to apply for a Lmo in HRSDC dept according to the job category. But before you need to make a add regarding the job in a classified . also you need to provide the person with a job letter with specifications like Job discription , position, salary per hrs, working hrs ,benefits...

According to me you need to attach the positive LMO that you have received from the present Employer who wants to hire you.
