Anyone having issues accessing ECAS? It says card has been mailed on the cic account but I can't find my application on ECAS

Finally got a msg in the cic profile saying that the card has been mailed. I didn't receive any AOR or any other update. Straight to final decision. First PR card. Photos sent on March 22.

Did you get AOR or any other updates in your profile? I am asking you this since we have pretty much the same timelines. The difference is that they didn't respond to my webform. Received a GU last week.

Pretty much the same situation. Sent photos couple of weeks after you. No updates whatsoever. Starting to get worried

Just curious, how long do they take to reply to a webform? Raised one around Aug 10. No response till now. Received a ghost update couple of days back. Waiting for first PR card since March 22.

Photos were delivered on March 22nd. No updates on the profile yet. Status says "Submitted" just like you. Didn't bother raising a webform
