Profiler is right. Your partner have the divorce certificate first before he can sponsor you. It is needed and part of the requirements if you previously married.

I'm just hoping that it will not become an issue to my SA that i made a mistakes in filling up forms. Cic asked my partner's Schedule A last june 9, since i submitted his PCC upfront so they never ask for it. I noticed the wrong encoding coz i try to filled up for my citizenship application...

Thank you so much profiler. Kinda relieved a bit. How about in between of that 2 years i am in Maternity Leave for 7 months but still employed on the same employer and i returned back to work after 5 months, do i need to itemized that or just make it one employer? Appreciate your reply.

I'm so worried right now, i noticed my work history i made a typo error with the year. It supposed to be 2016, i encoded 2014, so there is a 2 yrs gap. Do i need to just wait until the cic found out and explained that it is a type error? Anybody experienced this but doesnt caused any conflict...

Thanks for the reply. I included my pcc in my application. They didn't ask his schedule A yet. I checked my ecas, it says they start processing june 1.
