Umm how can you get COPR without being in Canada? It is confusing. I guess you got PPR. You can try contacting IRCC over the phone first and ask the agent what's the best option out of the two. It is likely they will tell you to submit a webform confirming your new address as opposed to flying...

Hard to say. Are you CEC? FSW? At what point did you add your spouse? After AOR?

Did you contact IRCC for PPR for spouse? There seems to be no order to their steps ... some people got PPR and then portal 2 and e-copr. In my case I got e-copr but did not get PPR for spouse ...

Just looking at your timeline, it seems like you got your e-copr after you got the PPR for spouse. Did you ask IRCC for the PPR? I got my e-copr but nothing for my spouse ... any ideas?

I got e-CoPR on September 22, 2023. But no PPR for dependent. Nothing on GCKEY. Submitted address and photo but that is "in review" since September 22nd. So frustrating. Had plans to travel back home in October but now I can't without the PR card.

Anyone? Any comments on my post? Would really appreciate any comments.
