So it turns out, if you've claimed assylum via Airport/Land border, CBSA has your passports and local CBSA office can be contacted to retrieve the passports. Any inland assylum claims, offices like Etobicoke will have the passports and need be contacted.

Someone I know had their decision made back in early Nov 2020 and are still waiting for any correspondence - Mississauga Office

Do we know what's the process of a March 2019 applicant who got online status as Decision Made (last month) but no other letters since. I was asked these but not sure what's the next stage. Assuming there should be CoPR but not sure what would happen during Covid?

Family friends who applied in Feb 2019 got letter this week that their file has been transferred over to CPC Mississauga and requested for updated Schedule A. Seems files are moving now finally.

My wife's application still shows in-process, application was received on March 2019, whereas one of my other family members received test invite for Oct whereas he applied in April. It seems CIC is in action. Fingers crossed.
