I received that email dated jan 27, 2016 but according to my consultant its a generic email. So ignore it if you submitted all the requirements.

I phoned in the office yesterday and they told me that if they ask you to do medical then they will send you MR but if not then you are not going to do ME since when you landed in Canada you already did a medical" i dont know with the officer i talked to if that is true.
