My file was created on Sep 25th. And absolutely NOTHING since then. They were supposed to scan the documents and upload into the system, but haven't even done this. So there is absolutely no guarantees. I was fed up, so filed a complaint on Passport Services today.

I applied from Toronto. Our applications are all mailed to Gatineau anyway, or are there different processing offices?

Hey! I am in the same boat with you! App Sent Sep 14, 2020 App Delivered Sep 15, 2020 NO update since then, I called them twice already. They said that my file is in review (it has been in review since Sep 25th), and can't confirm when they will complete due to delays. This is so frustrating.

That could be the case, I received my citizenship certificate just few days after the oath (literally the Oath was on Monday, and the certificate arrived end of that week. There was also someone who got his certificate 2 days after the Oath

I said that I will sign electronically, but will have a print out just in case there are any tech issues :)
