It took exactly 10 days in my case. I got DM on May 3rd and then oath invite on May 13th (no letter yet, just an oath invite on the tracker).

That's right - my tracker shows June 3rd date for the oath and it says a formal communication will be sent later with a set of instructions (I assume it will be an email).

No, radio silence since Jan 31st. For my wife and I, the test and background is marked as complete (background for my wife was marked as complete on Jan 31st), everything else is in progress.

The test is pretty simple compared to the mock tests. My wife and I read the citizenship guide once and then gave 10 mock tests on www.apnatoronto.com My wife got 18/20 and I got 20/20, I hereby retain bragging rights for life.
