I am also experiencing the same problem. I got my closed work permit issued and mailed on 13-Nov-2012 and did not get it yet. I am in Toronto. God knows why its takes so long to come that too in today's world. :(

Not Sure...they are saying they dont accept Credit / Debit Cards....The Bank is ICICI and they dont have any provision to deliver the cards overseas which is very weird as all the major banks have capacity to deliver the cards with in 3 Business Days anywhere in the world.
