2 years plus 2 weeks without notice for ceremony. Sent email to MP and webform today. See if that helps.

I don't have an official answer for that. But for me, I checked the email address which sent me the notification for the online citizenship test, it is IRCC.OttawaCITScheduling-PlanificationCITOttawa.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, so for me it is Ottawa office
