You can't apply for a visa extension if you don't have your new study permit yet..

Why would you apply again if they're reviewing your eligibility? I got the PPR like 3 days after my eligibility review started. Also, on my visa it says that I was accepted on the 24th even though I got my PPR on the 27th, so sometimes it takes some time to get your PPR.

Under review of eligibility it changes from we are processing your application to we are checking whether you meet the eligibility requirement. You don't get an email when this change happens, but when you open your account it says Application/profile updated.

From what I've read, you applied on the 10th of march 2020, so that's 18 months.. I've never seen anybody wait that long. Try withdrawing your application and applying again.

Honestly the timelines are really messed up, I think it depends on whichever VO is handling your application.. I've seen people still waiting from January/February, and some people who applied in june getting PPR's

I just realized that I got a 6 year visa even though I graduate in 2023, is that okay or should I contact ircc?

Any update from the people who got their PPR on august 27th? Because I got no new update other than canada post saying that they recieved my passport
