I am in the same situation, My Biometrics was done on 6th Feb, no response yet. CIC agents say you just have to wait.

I raised web forms but got generic replies. Exhausted all resources from my end. There is no other option than to just wait.

I Applied on 9 Jan, Biometrics completed on 6 Feb.

Ircc helplines are closed. I think Biometrics might be an issue for me too. I gave it on 6Feb. Let's see.
